This page is a structural draft. Quora Medical Wellness operates in Thailand (PDPA) and addresses guests from the EU (GDPR) and the Gulf region. The final wording has to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. Every item marked [OPERATOR] is missing information that only the operator can supply.

What we process, and why

This website has no contact form and collects no data from you directly. You reach us through WhatsApp, email, LINE or telephone - in each case the data you send is processed by that channel and by us, to answer your enquiry.

WhatsApp and LINE are operated by third parties (Meta and LY Corporation). If you write to us there, the content and your phone number are processed under their terms, not ours. If you would rather avoid that, use email or telephone.

Server logs: our hosting provider records IP address, time of access, requested file and browser type for the purpose of operating and securing the site. These records are deleted automatically after a short period.

Health data

Please do not send detailed health information through the contact form. Health data is a special category of personal data. We collect it in the protected environment of a consultation, not by web form.

Google Maps

The location pages embed an interactive Google map. It loads together with the page, without a separate click. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies in your browser. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

If you would rather not load it, you can reach the same information without the map: the full address, opening hours and directions are given as text on every location page.

Cookies and analytics

Apart from the embedded map, this website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics service.

Your data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider. As our clinic is located in Thailand, data you send us is processed outside the European Economic Area.
