What we process, and why

Contact form: name, email address, telephone number if provided, and the content of your message. We process this data solely to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent, and the steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

Server logs: our hosting provider records IP address, time of access, requested file and browser type for the purpose of operating and securing the site. These records are deleted automatically after a short period.

Health data

Please do not send detailed health information through the contact form. Health data is a special category of personal data. We collect it in the protected environment of a consultation, not by web form.

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics service. No consent banner is required, because there is nothing to consent to.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider. As our clinic is located in Thailand, data you send us is processed outside the European Economic Area.
